I popped in today for a back rub. Warm welcome, but the massage wasn't great. No care for my comfort or pressure preference. My pal noticed the therapist eyeing the clock every few minutes. It was just okay, but I won't return.
Adore Tam's. Been a patron for years. Top-notch deep tissue and pressure point massages. Consistently excellent service.
Frequent visitor and usually pleased with the staff. However, the last three visits were marred by a male therapist who should not be on the team. He left me with all the knots on one side as he barely touched the other. Despite my feedback, he persisted. Disappointing experience, wish I could see my regular therapist again.
