I would not even suggest this place to my worst enemy. The blanket on the bed was visibly stained and dirty, while the pillow was utterly repulsive. There was a noticeable lack of hygienic cleaning equipment, and the room felt bare and far from sterile, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. It would be more worthwhile to toss your money in the trash than to visit this place for lash services!!!
I scheduled a meeting for the 10th of April via the website for their Pegasus branch on the 12th of March. An email was sent to me stating that the appointment was not yet confirmed and to await a confirmation email. After three weeks of waiting without any communication, I decided to check the appointment status. To my surprise, I found a button that said 'confirm appointment', which I clicked assuming that they had confirmed it on their end and I needed to confirm it on my end as well. Subsequently, I received an email confirming the appointment on the 2nd of April, 24. However, on the eve of my appointment today (9th of April, 24), I double-checked the status only to discover that it had been cancelled. This appointment was meant to be a birthday treat for myself, and I am frustrated by the lack of communication. It's disappointing that they would have had me show up for an appointment that no longer exists. When I tried to revisit the website, I found that the appointment booking page for lashes was no longer available. Truly disheartening.
Today, I had my brows done here (lamination, shaping, and waxing). The beauticians were incredibly pleasant, and I must say, the result is the best I have ever had. I immediately rebooked, which is something I rarely do!
