Absolutely dreadful barber. He simply doesn't bother to heed what you request or the style you desire. He just does as he sees fit. Utterly lacking in any customer care policy. Abysmal customer service. I asked him to trim with scissors, he refused. I offered to pay extra for it but still, he declined. Not recommended in the slightest!!!
I was extremely clear about my preferences because we all know how some barbers tend to do as they please. I explicitly stated that I only wanted the back and sides cut short and the top tidied up but left long. However, he ended up removing about 80% of my hair. When he inquired if it was satisfactory, I mentioned it was much shorter than desired, but he must have misunderstood me as he promptly began cutting it even shorter. I also requested a beard trim, reiterating that I preferred the length and only wanted it neatly trimmed, yet he ended up shearing off about 4 months' worth of growth. I was charged $35, which would have been fair had he not botched the entire job. I'm particularly upset because I had blonde highlights in my hair from when my partner was planning to dye it purple, but she passed away before we could proceed. It was one of the last things we planned together, and now I won't be able to complete it. I won't be returning.
