Rang to obtain fax details for urgent script. Upon arrival, no one had bothered to check the fax machine, the script had been there all along. They tried to make me wait citing busyness. Poor attitude. No apology. Don't bother visiting here for anything crucial or urgent, or even if you simply expect good service.
Terrible experience with the European male pharmacist who enjoys spreading rumors about customers behind their backs. I went in for some antibiotics, and while waiting, he loudly says to another pharmacist, "Another UTI?" There were other clients present, and this highly unprofessional and inappropriate conduct really disappointed me. Not recommended for those who value their privacy.
My encounter today with Ellie was dreadful. Been frequenting that pharmacy for years and always had a positive experience, no issues at all. Ellie, you represent the business, please learn to listen to the customer, not implying the customer is always correct, but at least listen and apologize if needed. The other pharmacist who assisted her was very courteous and quickly resolved my issue.
