After applying and paying $40 for a medical certificate, it stated that they would contact me within 24 hours. Disappointingly, they did not make the call within that timeframe, resulting in me paying for my name to be overlooked and moved to another list for the next day, causing me to miss out on receiving payment for my leave. It's appalling to be treated in this manner and to have to chase after simple tasks. So, if you don't value being paid and enjoy subpar service, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
