I was unwell for a couple of days from my job and was requested to obtain a medical certificate for validation to receive payment for my sick leave. After applying and paying $40 for a medical certificate, it stated that they would contact me within 24 hours. Disappointingly, they did not make the call within that timeframe, resulting in me paying for my name to be overlooked and moved to another list for the next day, causing me to miss out on receiving payment for my leave. It's appalling to be treated in this manner and to have to chase after simple tasks. So, if you don't value being paid and enjoy subpar service, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
It's always convenient to secure a same-day appointment as a walk-in patient, the online booking system is quick and user-friendly. It's beneficial that they operate on weekends when our local doctor's office is closed. Every nurse we've encountered here has been supportive, going the extra mile to ensure my son is well cared for. The reception staff is consistently warm and inviting as well.
I'd like to recount a recent incident. My child was referred for an immunology appointment in October 2023, and we assumed he was on the waitlist. However, after nearly a year with no updates, I reached out to Wecare Wigram yesterday to inquire about the status. Upon reviewing the records, the staff informed me that the referral had been rejected because it was mistakenly directed to the adult clinic. Surprisingly, feedback from the hospital was provided in the same month - October 2023, yet no one communicated this to me, nor was the referral redirected to the pediatric department.
