The facial was amazing but....the issue arose when I had reserved the Ruralco half price deal - I booked online and corresponded via email with a lovely lady. When it was time to pay, no one was aware of the special... No one knew how to access the emails - quite awkward for all involved. I had to dig up the email exchange on my phone - did manage to convince them of the offer but was still charged $80 (full price of $160) when the website I booked on stated $145. Definitely not the way to treat a new customer. Had used Beauty Worx years back when Di ran it and absolutely adored the treatments and service. Haven't visited them in a while as I no longer work in Ashburton but decided to give the new business a try. Certainly won't be returning and won't be recommending.

Been contemplating a Brow lamination for a while. After a chat with the incredible Eliza, I scheduled in for it. Eliza detailed each step as she worked her magic. The result was fantastic. Absolutely adore my fresh brows. The crew is always friendly and easy to chat with. Loving all the new decor Eliza has added. Very welcoming and calming.
