I visited the store multiple times, and the stock had not been restocked, or they did not have the items displayed on their website. I left my details with the staff to inquire about transferring stock from another store, but I never received the courtesy of a return call.
It's quite disappointing that they have a return and refund policy, but one day I faced a pan problem because I had purchased from KiwiKitchens. The staff members were not very helpful; they used abusive language and had rude behavior towards me a couple of days ago. My friend managed to exchange the pan, but when I faced the same issue, they simply ignored me.
Ideal for homewares, but it's best to wait for the item you desire to go on special, as the deals change every few days.
