Outstanding staff and excellent range in-store
Was assisted by the delightful Sam, beauty consultant. They were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Kiwi, Auckland are fortunate to have someone like them! I often enter Kiwi Wellington feeling scrutinized as if I'm up to no good. Maybe because of my appearance, Sam didn't treat me this way! Thank you again Sam for helping me pick out a birthday present for my Nana!
I haven't visited Kiwi in a while but that's because every time I went, the employees would just stare at me, even while I was browsing and shopping it felt like they didn't trust me or something as there was always someone nearby or observing. I eventually just left because it felt uncomfortable.
