The staff's overt monitoring made me feel unwelcome and uneasy, as if I was under unnecessary suspicion. While I understand the need for security, the way it was handled lacked in customer service. I left feeling frustrated and disinclined to return. I hope management works on enhancing the ambiance to ensure all customers feel valued and respected.
