Uneven treatment, incomplete procedures, and a lack of attention to detail made it a disappointing experience. To top it off, the pricing was unreasonable, and they only accepted cash payments. The facial was amazing but....the issue arose when I had reserved the Ruralco half price deal - I booked online and corresponded via email with a lovely lady. When it was time to pay, no one was aware of the special... No one knew how to access the emails - quite awkward for all involved. I had to dig up the email exchange on my phone - did manage to convince them of the offer but was still charged $80 (full price of $160) when the website I booked on stated $145. Definitely not the way to treat a new customer. Had used Beauty Worx years back when Di ran it and absolutely adored the treatments and service. Haven't visited them in a while as I no longer work in Ashburton but decided to give the new business a try. Certainly won't be returning and won't be recommending.About
