We recently attempted to register with them when they opened their registration, and since we moved here a few months ago, they are the nearest healthcare provider. However, they have an absurd policy where they won't accept you if you're already registered elsewhere. So, from their perspective, it's better for us to go without a GP for a few months while waiting for them to open their registration. How is this in the best interest of patients? We only registered elsewhere out of necessity. I'm extremely disappointed with this nonsensical policy. Absurd!
I've been a resident here for many years. I've reached my limit and won't be returning. The receptionists are impolite, forgetful, attempt to overcharge, and show no concern for you. The wait times to see a healthcare provider are lengthy (at least a week and a half), and even when you do see a doctor, you're told you need to see a nurse anyway, so you have to book another appointment a week later - a waste of time. They promote an online booking system that never has available slots, so you end up calling for an appointment, only to reach voicemail. You leave a message and never receive a callback. However, if THEY forget to send you an invoice for a phone consultation, they will charge you a late fee! The whole place is a farce.
I'm appalled by the service we receive from them. Absolutely disgraceful. My son was there on Monday, and it was evident that he was very ill. What did they do? Just prescribed pain and fever medication. What good is that?????? Pain and fever meds won't help him now. They also mentioned that if he's not better by Wednesday, bring him back immediately. On Monday night, he had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance, and the doctors administered antibiotics. He's still unwell, with a fever ranging from 39-41. When we called the medical centre, they informed us that the doctor who saw him on Monday doesn't work on Wednesdays. He's an 8-year-old boy, seriously ill, and no one wants to assist. I'm utterly astounded by this.
