This is one of the finest gardens we saw in New Zealand! We visited during early autumn while driving towards Auckland and were greeted by a plethora of blossoming flowers and numerous trees showcasing their fall colors. The layout is stunning, meticulously cared for by the family who owns it, and they are incredibly friendly. If you have an hour to spare on your drive, make sure to stop here!
A tranquil sanctuary with exquisitely landscaped grounds, perfectly pruned hedges, and vibrant gardens. Trotts Garden, which includes a restored Church and a pristine Event space known as Brantwood Weddings and Events, offers experiences ranging from a peaceful stroll to a fairytale wedding! A splendid summer day and a warm reception added the finishing touch to my holiday joy! Thank you!
We decided to visit based on the excellent reviews on KiwiTripAdvisor, and we were not disappointed! We encountered flower species we had never seen before, and the sight of numerous maple trees ablaze in red during this season was truly unexpected and breathtaking! Trott’s Garden is definitely a must-visit, but do keep in mind that there is a NZD10 entry fee for adults (children enter for free). The fee is justified once you witness the beautifully trimmed hedges and lawns.
