I've rang Te Kāhui Kaumātua twice but .. Regarding my kuia who is 90 years old but they don't respond... I rang about mistreatment and was directed elsewhere...
I found the team to be extremely friendly and welcoming, also incredibly helpful.
It shouldn't be this hard to reach out for assistance for my kaumātua, it took over a month to get a response. Appalling.
