I went in for an evening appointment after work and I honestly have never left a hairdressers happier. I got my hair cut a few months prior with Hayley and she was just amazing, this time round I was looked after by Krista and honestly could not recommend her more. Prior to seeing seen by her she was just finishing up with another client with children and was soo caring with her clients children and with her client and made sure everyone was happy and kept involved. The amount of care with the kids and explaining what was happening and managing to keep them busy while their mummy was having a minute of self-care was honestly so precious. Krista then like an absolute wonder woman had a chat with me about what I needed and took the time to explain the process and made sure I was happy with this before starting. Krista understood my worries with bad haircuts in the past and set my worry to rest with her genuine care and love of what she does. I left with an absolutely magical hair revamp and the biggest smile I've had in a long time. People think hair is just hair and it's not a big deal. But it really can make or break your confidence with a good or bad hair day. I am SO grateful for Ashton & Gray. Their staff truly do care about their clients, good hair and educating the process so you understand what to expect. Thank you ladies so SO much 💗
