Recently started coming here, really appreciate the effort you all put in. Had Tane and Jake as my barbers, and the quality and attention to detail in the cuts are excellent. They provide a thorough understanding of the cuts and suggestions for next time. Enjoy good conversations every visit, and all team members are friendly and approachable.
Wouldn't recommend at all!! Just got a cut from Jake and he didn't listen to a word I said. Quite frustrated with him. Asked for a drop fade, got a mid. I understand English isn't his first language but for $45, expected better service. Haircut was poor, listening skills lacking. Not recommended. The boss was warm and welcoming, but Jake was cold and didn't understand what I wanted. Tried to explain, but he just started cutting away, ruining my hair before I could finish.
Regular customer, but this time the haircut and beard weren't proper. Noticed mustache and beard uneven after reaching home. Paid 75 NZD for this subpar service. Won't prefer next time.
