It seems like many folks have encountered the same problem. I visited this salon for a haircut, and the stylist cut my hair way too short and unevenly. I ended up with three distinct chunks of varying lengths side by side. I lodged a complaint but didn't want to return to 'fix' it since my hair was already shorter than what I requested, and I didn't want more cut off. These stylists clearly don't grasp their customers' desires, given the numerous reviews lamenting excessively short and thin haircuts. To be brutally honest, this was the most dreadful haircut I've ever received, and I no longer trust hairdressers. I'll be handling my own hair from now on. On the positive side, this experience will save me a lot of money in the long run since it has led me to blacklist the industry for good. After this absolute nightmare, I felt so insecure and will continue to feel this way until my hair grows out.
The ABSOLUTE worst haircut ever! The ladies here are delightful and kind, but the hairdressing is abysmal. I specifically requested not to have my hair cut short, yet the stylist cut it so short and thinned it out to the point where I had practically no hair left. She began cutting at the back, so by the time I realized how short it was, it was far too late. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the lady next to me started filming, as if my feelings about my hair didn't matter, and then came the excuses. This experience left me extremely self-conscious, and it took me a painstaking 2 years to regrow my long, curly hair. Furthermore, the salon had a repugnant smell, and I debated leaving as soon as I walked in, which I should have done.
I recently had a haircut with the senior stylist, Sarah, and it was a very poor haircut. I asked for a trim, and only 1 1/2 inches were straight cut off the back, and that was it. She declared it done!! This was my second visit, as the first was just passable, so I decided to give it another shot. However, I will never recommend this place again. Two weeks ago, I recommended Sarah to my niece, and she complained about her haircut by Sarah. I initially thought it couldn't have been her, but I was mistaken. Last week, my mum and sister were there and witnessed Sarah completing a customer's haircut with an uneven back cut, and she simply said it was done. Mr. Owner, I believe you need to have a serious conversation with Sarah before you lose more customers.
