I usually visit them once a month because their service was top-notch. But today was a nightmare. I went in for eyebrow threading and waxing on my upper lip, chin, and lower chin. The lady rushed through my eyebrows and ended up damaging my skin. There were tiny blood spots near my right eyebrow. The waxing was unusually painful as well. The management needs to up their game in service quality, or this salon's days are numbered.
