Yesterday, I had an appointment for my roots to be touched up. This was my 4th visit to Tone Hair Studio Wellington. Each time, a blow dry has been included in the cost of $97.85.
I was completely speechless when the person washing my hair pointed to the counter with a blow dryer and several bottles of products, and invited me to dry my own hair.
