Absolutely shocking experience. I tried ringing countless times, and when I finally got through and secured an appointment, it was canceled the day before (for a valid reason, I must say). I was promised a call or text for rescheduling, but it's been two weeks with no word. Yesterday, I had an appointment for my roots to be touched up. This was my 4th visit to Tone Hair Studio Wellington. Each time, a blow dry has been included in the cost of $97.85.
I was completely speechless when the person washing my hair pointed to the counter with a blow dryer and several bottles of products, and invited me to dry my own hair.
