It seems like many folks have encountered the same problem. I visited this salon for a haircut, and the stylist cut my hair way too short and unevenly. I ended up with three distinct chunks of varying lengths side by side. I lodged a complaint but didn't want to return to 'fix' it since my hair was already shorter than what I requested, and I didn't want more cut off. These stylists clearly don't grasp their customers' desires, given the numerous reviews lamenting excessively short and thin haircuts. To be brutally honest, this was the most dreadful haircut I've ever received, and I no longer trust hairdressers. I'll be handling my own hair from now on. On the positive side, this experience will save me a lot of money in the long run since it has led me to blacklist the industry for good. After this absolute nightmare, I felt so insecure and will continue to feel this way until my hair grows out.
