yet 4 stars solely since my slot got axed twice in 2weeks by another stylist.. Phoned the salon and Wendy picked up, she was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL and squeezed me in amidst her hectic day 'cause I'd been ditched twice in 2weeks.
can't keep rescheduling as I'm set to birth any day now and this was my 1st visit here, wished to test something nearer to home being near. I'll definitely revisit and have Wendy as my stylist now. I went to get my hair dyed. Sat for 15 minutes, answered all her queries, but the stylist refused to color my hair due to a previous Keratin Treatment, even though it had been over 8 months. Then she demanded $50 for bleach that wasn't even used. When I refused, she became aggressive and argued with me. I left without paying, but I won't recommend this salon to anyone. My son and I went to Duos Capello for the first time last week, they were recommended by a friend and so glad we booked. Both Jack and Harper are amazing, they have a really relaxed salon and take the time to listen to what you want. Both really happy with our cut and colour and will definitely re-book.
