I recently bought Calvin Klein One Cologne and a Deodorant Stick. I would like to personally thank Operator: 51273, whose name I didn't get, for her exceptional service and expert advice on my purchase. Her in-depth knowledge of fragrances was remarkable and incredibly useful.
I ordered an item for click and collect. On the website, it said 7 days but it took 8 days, what a load of nonsense. On the 8th day, I called the call center. They said they would email Farmers in Saint Luke's. Two days later, I called again and informed the call center that I hadn't received any notification for pick up. I had to travel from Whakatane to sort out this mess. I spoke to the store manager, no apology given. They didn't even explain what had gone wrong with my order. Just told me to swipe my card for a refund. I will never deal with Farmers again for online purchases. The staff's behavior was very disappointing.
