Absolutely shocking experience. I tried ringing countless times, and when I finally got through and secured an appointment, it was canceled the day before (for a valid reason, I must say). I was promised a call or text for rescheduling, but it's been two weeks with no word. I understand they're understaffed, but this level of service is unacceptable.
I popped in to get my hair dyed by Ruby. She nailed it and was so lovely! She kept me in the loop with each step. The rest of the crew were also super friendly!
I'm from Wellington but whenever I'm in Christchurch, I always make sure to see Kate and the fantastic team there. They're always so hospitable, skilled, and bring my color ideas to life perfectly! Thanks for the consistent great service, team!
