Just got a brand new wig from Kiwi Hair and it's amazing quality. Jo did some adjustments to it and the final result is fabulous! Dealing with this team has been fantastic. They really took the time to ensure my order was spot on with the right size and colors. I'll definitely be a returning customer.
Avoid this spot. The service is rude and makes you feel like you're getting a freebie. I recommend finding a better place. This was my personal experience. I was told to pay before my appointment and show up, or else find another place. What if someone has a medical emergency or is unwell and can't make it? This person only seems to care about money. I had booked an appointment on a Saturday, but that day I had an urgent job due to a cyclone with trees falling. I even tried to negotiate a different time, but was told to go elsewhere. I've been a regular customer, never missed an appointment, except for this one time.
The crew at Kiwi Hair Salon are absolutely top-notch. They're super friendly, always ready to help, and have a fantastic can-do attitude. I highly recommend them.
