Emily at Lovisa St Luke’s pierced my ears, lobe 3, recently. I was a tad anxious, but Emily’s assurance and poise kept me serene throughout. The piercing service at Lovisa is top-notch, professional, and surprisingly painless for me. Delighted with the outcome.
Had my ear piercing messed up with wrong spacing in July, and was advised to return for readjustment after healing. Healing time is 6-8 weeks. Contacted the St Lukes store to inquire about getting it redone, and Jay initially agreed over the phone. Upon arrival, he abruptly changed his stance, refusing to help, despite my receipt. His dismissive attitude and lack of accountability reflect poorly on Lovisa. It's frustrating to be led on only to be turned away with arrogance.
Had my ears pierced for the first time today, and I'm stoked that Alex was the one who did it. Ensured my comfort and displayed impeccable work ethic. Stayed relaxed the whole time, so I wholeheartedly recommend Alex.
