I purchased a new laptop. The young man was very helpful and efficient during the purchase process. However, when I went to collect my order later, I encountered two female staff members with extremely poor customer service skills. I was shocked by their disrespectful behavior in today's world. It seemed like they only cared about taking my money and didn't want to assist me afterward. This left me feeling frustrated and angry. I will not be returning to this store.
