Consistency is lacking here. Despite visiting twice in two years, the quality remains subpar. Today's gel manicure resulted in nails of varying lengths and shapes, despite my request for uniformity. Payment upfront seems to be a tactic to avoid accountability. Save your money and seek professional service elsewhere. Regal Nails St Luke’s staff either lack experience or simply don't care about their work. Look elsewhere for quality.
Disappointing lash appointment. Upon closer inspection at home, it was evident that the job was incomplete. The result resembled lashes in the process of falling off. Previous visits were satisfactory, but this time was a letdown. Moreover, my lash line was injured. It appears new staff members may be the cause. Address this issue, as $70 for sparse lashes is unacceptable.
Absolutely atrocious. Spent $65 for a manicure, only to have my cuticle nicked by the drill. The polish was applied unevenly, and they tried to blame it on damage from a previous treatment, which was a lie. My nail was perfectly smooth. I will never return.
