Lashforever has been my go-to since 2016 and I've always booked with Harper in the past. I recently started booking with Riley and I've had such a great experience with her as well. Riley is so meticulous and careful; her attention to detail is amazing! She takes such great care in making sure I'm happy with the style of lashes and that I feel comfortable the entire time. I usually visit them once a month because their service was top-notch. But today was a nightmare. I went in for eyebrow threading and waxing on my upper lip, chin, and lower chin. The lady rushed through my eyebrows and ended up damaging my skin. There were tiny blood spots near my right eyebrow. The waxing was unusually painful as well. The management needs to up their game in service quality, or this salon's days are numbered.
