I purchased a new laptop. The young man was very helpful and efficient during the purchase process. However, when I went to collect my order later, I encountered two female staff members with extremely poor customer service skills. I was shocked by their disrespectful behavior in today's world. It seemed like they only cared about taking my money and didn't want to assist me afterward. This left me feeling frustrated and angry. yet 4 stars solely since my slot got axed twice in 2weeks by another stylist.. Phoned the salon and Wendy picked up, she was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL and squeezed me in amidst her hectic day 'cause I'd been ditched twice in 2weeks.
can't keep rescheduling as I'm set to birth any day now and this was my 1st visit here, wished to test something nearer to home being near. I'll definitely revisit and have Wendy as my stylist now. They offer a wide range of products, it’s a larger store compared to the one in Auckland Central. There were Black Friday deals happening. Purchased potting mix and compost for the garden. The staff seemed preoccupied, I needed assistance but they merely observed without offering help. No greetings at the checkout counter or when exiting the store.
