To get to LOFT HAIR at 1/2 Gordon Road, Kingsland, Auckland 1025, New Zealand by public transport, take bus number 020 from the city center and get off at the Kingsland train station. From there, it's just a short 5-minute walk to the salon. Alternatively, if you're driving, head towards Kingsland and turn onto New North Road. Take a left onto Sandringham Road, then another left onto Gordon Road where you'll find the salon on your right after a couple of crossroads.

Absolutely shocking experience. I tried ringing countless times, and when I finally got through and secured an appointment, it was canceled the day before (for a valid reason, I must say). I was promised a call or text for rescheduling, but it's been two weeks with no word. My cousin just arrived from abroad, and their English isn't strong. They went to Cut & Style in Sandringham for a quick haircut. Shockingly, it only took 5 minutes, but they were charged $50. This seemed absurd to me, as I've been to many salons, and even for a lady's cut, it's usually $35. I couldn't fathom why they'd charge $50 for a rushed cut. Plus, the quality was poor; it looked terrible, upsetting my cousin.
