I opted for brow lamination, tinting, and lash tinting, and the results are fantastic. My brows look fuller with minimal maintenance, and my lashes are darker. Payment upfront seems to be a tactic to avoid accountability. Save your money and seek professional service elsewhere. Regal Nails St Luke’s staff either lack experience or simply don't care about their work. Look elsewhere for quality.
