Both Jack and Harper are amazing, they have a really relaxed salon and take the time to listen to what you want. Both really happy with our cut and colour and will definitely re-book. I went to get my hair dyed. Sat for 15 minutes, answered all her queries, but the stylist refused to color my hair due to a previous Keratin Treatment, even though it had been over 8 months. Then she demanded $50 for bleach that wasn't even used. When I refused, she became aggressive and argued with me. I left without paying, but I won't recommend this salon to anyone. Yesterday, I had an appointment for my roots to be touched up. This was my 4th visit to Tone Hair Studio Wellington. Each time, a blow dry has been included in the cost of $97.85.
I was completely speechless when the person washing my hair pointed to the counter with a blow dryer and several bottles of products, and invited me to dry my own hair.
