Yesterday, I had an appointment for my roots to be touched up. This was my 4th visit to Tone Hair Studio Wellington. Each time, a blow dry has been included in the cost of $97.85.
I was completely speechless when the person washing my hair pointed to the counter with a blow dryer and several bottles of products, and invited me to dry my own hair. I usually visit them once a month because their service was top-notch. But today was a nightmare. I went in for eyebrow threading and waxing on my upper lip, chin, and lower chin. The lady rushed through my eyebrows and ended up damaging my skin. There were tiny blood spots near my right eyebrow. The waxing was unusually painful as well. The management needs to up their game in service quality, or this salon's days are numbered.
