The blokes at Shout are mega-friendly and skilled barbers. They work fast but with care. A wash and blow-dry is $50, even for my long, thick hair, which I find quite fair. This spot is top-notch!
I'm not one to usually complain, but today I feel the need to express my disappointment. Today, I got a haircut and wash that cost a whopping $120 just for the cut and wash. I had my undercut shaved, and only at the end did I realize the barber had etched a design at the back without even asking if I was okay with it (which I definitely was not). Furthermore, I asked for a trim and some shaping around the face and ended up with a full-on fringe instead. In the future, it's crucial to understand what your client truly wants and check in with them throughout the process to ensure their satisfaction. Or at the very least, communicate your intentions instead of forging ahead. Looking back, I would have refused to pay, let alone that amount.

Expertly styled, my limp hair was frizzy, parched, and thin. What a transformation! It now looks so healthy, full, and vibrant. Fits my face perfectly. Consistent quality, top-notch work.
