Purchased a Pounamu watch a week ago, it was a birthday gift for one of my closest mates. I double-checked with the team that it's functioning. I couldn't inspect it myself as they had it wrapped and handed it to me. A week later, my mate called me and informed me that the watch I gifted isn't working. I felt incredibly embarrassed. I returned with the faulty watch to the store and spent over an hour resolving the issue, seems like they are selling faulty products. I don't recommend this store for watch purchases.

Tane and Hine are exceptional individuals, always offering helpful advice. I fondly recall their assistance with my taonga, it turned out exquisitely beautiful. I consistently visit Sona Sansaar for repairs and purchasing jewellery. They never deceive anyone, that's certain.
