I went to get my hair dyed. Sat for 15 minutes, answered all her queries, but the stylist refused to color my hair due to a previous Keratin Treatment, even though it had been over 8 months. Then she demanded $50 for bleach that wasn't even used. When I refused, she became aggressive and argued with me. I left without paying, but I won't recommend this salon to anyone. They can be aggressive and try to overcharge for services.
Overrated and not recommended, especially for tourists. They will try to take advantage of you. I had my hair tinted and trimmed a bit, and it cost me 400 NZD. They didn't provide any receipt to verify the price. I will report them if I find out that I was overcharged. I already know the price isn't accurate because I only went there based on false claims of affordability. They have a week to resolve this issue.
I got my hair colored and it turned out terrible, plus it was expensive. The stylist gets defensive if you question the results. The haircut was nothing special. Maybe okay for basic men's cuts, but I won't be returning.
