I usually visit them once a month because their service was top-notch. But today was a nightmare. I went in for eyebrow threading and waxing on my upper lip, chin, and lower chin. The lady rushed through my eyebrows and ended up damaging my skin. There were tiny blood spots near my right eyebrow. The waxing was unusually painful as well. The management needs to up their game in service quality, or this salon's days are numbered.
My time here has been a letdown, especially if you're after lash extensions. I wouldn't suggest this spot, as the lashes and glue quality is subpar. I've come across better nail professionals with higher quality at a similar price. Save your money and look elsewhere.
Mate, I'm so let down with the service tonight. I've been coming here for ages and won't be returning. The new bloke was unclean, his hands stank and I saw he didn't even sanitize between clients. He left a big gap in my brow and claimed it was like that from the start?? Cheaper than other spots in the plaza but ladies, fork out that extra cash for better, cleaner, and friendlier service.
