Got my keratin hair treatment at Hair Club, and Nandini provided excellent service. Very pleased with the results. Great customer service from the friendly team. Special thanks to Naaz, who handled everything with exceptional politeness and kindness. Keep up the good work, Naaz :)
Received the worst customer service from these individuals. The two staff members I encountered yesterday were clueless. One Indian guy lacked passion for haircuts and pretended to know what he was doing when he clearly didn't, while the other staff member with dark skin had poor communication skills. Also, why close the shop at 5.30PM when the website states 6PM? Inconsistent! They lack the skills to cut hair and have zero customer service experience. Avoid this barber shop at all costs. Visit JT Haircut nearby instead.
Took my kids for haircuts, but the barber with the fancy "best barber" certificate was the worst. Rude and disrespectful, and the haircut was far from professional. They should get rid of this rude and unskilled person. Had a good experience with an Indian barber last time, which is why I returned. Will never go back, not recommended. Improve your service, folks!
