Absolutely appalled and disgusted by the way a young lady (Pakeha or European with straight hair) treated my 3 year old daughter when she innocently tried out a bike horn while we were looking to buy a bicycle. It is unacceptable to display rudeness and irritation towards a child; customer service skills are clearly lacking. Treating others with respect should be a basic principle. I have never encountered such hostility towards a child before, and I will not be returning to this place. This incident occurred at approximately 1:45pm near the bicycle section on 21 July 2024.
Visited the store today to purchase a television. Sarah was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. Although there was only one TV available at Mt Roskill, she took the time to search for availability at other branches and provided me with the necessary information. Her exceptional customer service left me as a satisfied customer, and I will definitely return in the future.
Encountered a discourteous cashier while waiting in line; she bypassed us to attend to other customers first. When I requested to review the security camera footage, she adamantly refused and displayed extreme impoliteness. Her name is H, and this incident occurred at 9:05 pm on 17 July 2024.
