They offer a wide range of products, it’s a larger store compared to the one in Auckland Central. There were Black Friday deals happening. Purchased potting mix and compost for the garden. The staff seemed preoccupied, I needed assistance but they merely observed without offering help. No greetings at the checkout counter or when exiting the store. Not likely to recommend it.
Finally, the megastore is improving after K mark captured a large portion of their market. The products are of better quality and the prices are now more comparable to K mart. It's great to see the megastore back as one of my preferred shopping destinations. However, I still prefer K mart due to their overall product range and pricing. It's evident that the megastore is putting in a lot of effort now. VH
The employees are friendly, polite, incredibly helpful, and attentive. The store is quite spacious and stocks a variety of appliances and other items that will catch your eye. The quality is decent, although prices have increased significantly compared to a few years ago. Some items are competitively priced, while others still seem overpriced for their quality. Ample parking spaces are available in front and on the side of the store.
