Worst Customer Service I've ever faced. "Elderly Woman with Light Brown Hair" I've never experienced anything like that. Instead of providing assistance or guidance, she was rude and unpleasant. I believe she should be dismissed as she is incompetent at her job and generally unpleasant. To make matters worse, she made derogatory remarks about me behind my back (knowing I was still present). Normally, the other woman at Paper Plus (dark Brown Hair, slightly younger, Mother of Twins) was always kind to me and my Daughters, but she too started becoming impolite. A MARVELLOUS company to construct with. I would absolutely construct with Kiwi Homes again and again. Our abode was finished on schedule and within budget and we couldn't be more pleased with the standard. We adore our dwelling with our spa pool and the fact that we could add our own artistic touch without any troubles. They offer a fantastic and diverse curriculum centered on unstructured play but with optional educational activities if the kids are interested. We planned our trip to Australia and Thailand with Max, they were extremely helpful, especially with flight options and recommended a resort in Thailand (we were staying with family in Australia)
Since I used a walking stick when we met them, they suggested that we arrange for assisted travel with a wheelchair and transportation through the airports, which turned out to be incredibly useful as some airports were quite a distance from the plane to immigration.
The vacation was a complete triumph, all thanks to Max's expertise and insight.
We will definitely be booking with Max again for next year.
