Worst Customer Service I've ever faced. "Elderly Woman with Light Brown Hair" I've never experienced anything like that. Instead of providing assistance or guidance, she was rude and unpleasant. I believe she should be dismissed as she is incompetent at her job and generally unpleasant. To make matters worse, she made derogatory remarks about me behind my back (knowing I was still present). Normally, the other woman at Paper Plus (dark Brown Hair, slightly younger, Mother of Twins) was always kind to me and my Daughters, but she too started becoming impolite. I am uncertain about the consequences of this type of customer service in the future (considering all the other negative reviews), but I am certain that this Woman must go, or else you will continue to lose more loyal customers like myself and those before me.
