Got my nails done by Hana who was wonderful. I chose this place based on online reviews and I can confirm the staff are delightful. I opted for a regular manicure and pedicure as I plan to research builder's gel further due to being pregnant and breastfeeding, then I will return here to get it done. The pedicure was decent, using only gel. However, the issue arose with the manicure. I usually opt for SNS nails. They suggested SNS clear base with gel on top. Unfortunately, the SNS wasn't filed smoothly or the edges weren't trimmed near the cuticles. The gel coating was thick, uneven, and didn't cover the tips completely. It started chipping off before I even reached home.
