As a regular patron here, I typically find this place enjoyable to visit on weekends. However, I have noticed a decline in the level of customer service recently. There was a specific staff member (individual with ginger hair, beard, and glasses) who was particularly rude and unhelpful. When inquired about the various types of room deodorizers available, they either did not bother to explain or seemed unaware. Additionally, there has been a significant price hike from $40 to $80 per bottle for a medium-sized bottle of deodorizer, with no official price tags displayed on the shelf. I don't get my nails done frequently, but I've been utilizing the services at 1999 House of Nails for a couple of years now and every time I leave, I'm thrilled! They always nail the design I want, and my natural nails have never been healthier! I recently had gel X extensions which lasted a month! They would've lasted longer if I didn't need shorter nails for work/study. My natural nails were undamaged and actually grew so long during that time, I'm ecstatic!About
