Welcoming, knowledgeable, but post-consultation follow-up is lacking in my experience, attempted to contact the salon multiple times to inquire about my results but no one answered the phone on any occasion I called.. day before my next appointment and still clueless about whether my hair was suitable for the service I desired - ended up having to visit the salon only to discover my appointment was going to be canceled anyway due to illness - not the first instance this has occurred with a booked appointment but I understand illness happens, was offered to reschedule but I was frustrated with the whole situation and went elsewhere. I am trained and qualified as a junior stylist and have previously worked in a salon as a junior on apprenticeship, so I know what should be expected from clients in terms of customer service, and the service I received was unsatisfactory.
