I've been coming here since 2022 for my lash appointments, and every time I leave with amazing, consistent results. When they introduced beauty treatments like lip fillers, I knew it was the perfect time to try it out. The experience was fantastic, the numbing cream worked well, and I only felt a slight pinch. The ladies here are so kind, the workspace has a wonderful atmosphere, and it always smells lovely. I am absolutely thrilled with my lips! First thing,...I didn't go here for a haircut. Actually my friend and I were parking our motorcycles outside the shop. One of us dropped it on its side and the staff at Kiwi Cuts dropped everything and came running out to help. These people are awesome!!!!! Thanks for being so caring. Just to be clear I got both a pregnancy massage and a gel manicure and 4⭐️ for the pregnancy massage. It was an experience that was relaxing.
Unfortunately the gel manicure that both my friend and I got was a real disappointment. I decided not to give this feedback in store as I didn’t feel comfortable nor wanted to provide this while two other customers were waiting for their service. The set up was odd - both of us were laying on a bed getting nails done, and my friends bed next to me was unstable to the point it fell back where she was literally laying flat on her back.. could of been worse if there was an actual injury. Something the beds do but why put people on them if this is the case.. it’s just asking for an accident to occur. My nail polish wasn’t applied right to the top of the nails. The lady had to go away and blow her nose a couple times and she had very shaky hands. From my friends feedback, her nails were still rough from not being filed properly. I feel like the service wasn’t worth the $70 so highly recommend to choose another organisation for this type of pamper treatment. Mine stay flawless for over 6 weeks, I just go for touch-ups to keep them looking full around the 4-week mark. It’s amazing. I also don’t get watery eyes in the shower with her products and nails.
