The wax was too hot, kept breaking, and she used tweezers more than wax, making it very painful, especially during Brazilian. This one experience has put me off returning. Wasn't too thrilled with my visit and the outcome. It was all over in a quick 20 minutes and I felt rushed in and out. Coming out of lockdown, I was hoping for a more relaxed, pleasant experience rather than a hurried, impersonal job. The stylist didn't take the time to understand what I wanted. No questions about the type of cut I desired (wet, dry, restyle, etc.) were asked, assuming I wanted a dry cut when I actually needed a restyle. If only there had been a discussion about options and a request for clarification from the start. Now I'm stuck with a subpar, budget "graduated bob" due to poor communication and lack of attention to detail.
