There was a mix-up with my hair appointment, as it was scheduled for a half head treatment instead of the full head I requested. Upon arrival, I was informed that only the half head service could be accommodated due to time constraints. The handling of this situation was disappointing, and the communication could have been more polite and understanding. It felt like the blame was subtly shifted to me, which was disconcerting. The interaction with the staff, particularly the person in charge of hair extensions, was less pleasant than expected.
