Today I had a massage from the wonderful Paige Bush. Her professionalism and welcoming presence made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my entire experience. The tranquil and clean set up of the massage room invited me to feel safe and trusting of Paige, with friendly chatting, frequent check-ups of pressure and boundaries, and explanations of what she was doing. Paige is a very knowledgeable individual in her area of work and her passion for massage really shines through. I would gladly book in with her again.

Olivia was pleasant but I used an expensive voucher on a facial. There was no explanation of the products used unless I specifically inquired, the room was dim and chilly, and the music was bothersome! The dye on my eyebrows was smudged at the edges. The front of the shop could use a good vacuum, and the staff were not in proper uniforms. I know I may be fussy, but for that price, you expect something exceptional. Sadly, I won't be coming back 😢.About

Arrived promptly for a calming massage. Wasn't instructed to show up early for paperwork, but was handed a thorough questionnaire to fill out which took 10mins (and I'm quite speedy at paperwork). The massage was satisfactory except for a pesky fly in the room that kept landing on me - not very pleasant. Only received a 40-minute massage but was billed for a full hour. I won't be coming back.

I had the body retreat spa package with Wai. It was amazing. I had been having headaches due to tight neck muscles, so I tried the Samoan head massage as the reviews looked good. It was divine, so relaxing. Wai did amazing with the body massage too, I wanted back focus and it was so great, perfect pressure. Staff were both lovely and smiling and welcoming, lovely tea afterwards too. Will definitely be back.About
