Regrettably, my encounter with Paul was less than satisfactory. Being a newcomer to the salon, I had specifically requested a stylist proficient in dry cuts. I also made it clear that I preferred my natural curls to be accentuated, without straightening my hair. Despite this being a fairly standard request, I was made to feel as though it was odd. Arrived with unattractive yellow blond hair that was off-putting lol & Kayla transformed it from unattractive to elegant. Hair washed, conditioned, colored, blow-dried & straightened. Left loving it. Had high hopes as the consultation was friendly and the individual (I'm assuming a senior stylist) seemed very knowledgeable. However, the service and cut itself were underwhelming. The scalp massage was virtually non-existent. I ended up just getting my very thick hair thinned out and straightened, with minimal styling, not worth the $95 I paid. The individual was quite rough and seemed irritable towards the end of my cut, possibly due to another client who was dissatisfied with their coloring/styling session.
