I find the staff and owner warm and welcoming, they answer any questions asked and make you feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Caci Aotearoa.
Had my procedure done by Kahu today, who explained it thoroughly and answered all my questions leaving me with no concerns. They were very professional and smooth with my injections, which made the whole experience nice and pleasant. Looking forward to booking in with them in future, would fully recommend coming here.
One star is generous! I visited Caci Aotearoa after dermaplaning my face causing cystic under-the-skin acne and breakouts across my face. It was more than a skin concern, it completely affected my life. I attended a consultation with Te Aroha purely to learn more about Blemish Bootcamp as it is an intensive and consistent commitment. They spent most of the consultation talking about themselves, their own skin journey, and their reasons for opening and running Caci. We spent significantly less time discussing my skin concerns and the bootcamp. Te Aroha quickly signed me up despite my obvious reservations due in part to the fact that there are 3 sessions a week and I worked in Te Whanganui-a-Tara with no reliable transport to make it to multiple appointments per week for over 3 weeks. Nevertheless, they signed me up and assured me that nothing was set in stone as there was a 7 day cooling off period. I was charged a deposit at my consultation and given samples, with the promise of programme-sized products later. I did not receive these products as I cancelled within 7 days after realizing Caci Te Rapa was a 5-minute walk from my work. I have tried to contact Te Aroha over a 2-month period to request a refund for my first membership payment that was deducted despite me canceling. I also offered to return my welcome pack unused and unopened to be refunded my deposit also. The refund is yet to be processed after close to 3 months. Communications discontinued for a month until I emailed head office.
